Ambit Finvest partners with Salesforce to Digitize Customer Onboarding

Mumbai/Bengaluru, 25th August 2022: Ambit Finvest, the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) of Ambit Group, has announced its collaboration with Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the global leader in CRM, to digitize its customer onboarding journey.

The Salesforce CRM platform enables the sales team to assess, filter, and prioritize leads and track loan applications on a real-time basis, thereby leading to enhanced sales productivity and improved approval rates. The platform provides access to real-time dashboards leading to complete visibility of the sales funnel. The platform also seamlessly integrates with third-party service providers and the core systems thereby enabling Ambit Finvest to design its unique customer onboarding journey.

Ambit Finvest’s core focus is to empower the underserved grass root MSME businesses through a quick and low-cost credit delivery model by embracing technology. Currently, Ambit Finvest has 14000+ active borrowers with a total of Rs. 2100 Crs+ worth of loans disbursed over the past three and a half years.
