29th July, 2022, Delhi NCR – Young Indians offers an excellent opportunity for talented youth to get the kind of exposure that is required to become leaders in the respective fields. Young Indians (Yi) is a movement for Indian Youth to converge, lead, co-create and influence India’s future. Yi, formed in 2002 as an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), has created a platform for Young Indians to work towards realizing a dream of a developed nation. Yi has an inclusive membership across its pan-India 57 city chapters network comprising over 4000 direct members, who represent young progressive Indians between the age group of 21-45years comprising entrepreneurs, professionals, and achievers from different walks of life and Yi stakeholders which include 30,000 YUVA college students, 3,29,839 school children and 118 rural communities across the country.
As conscious and responsible citizens, CIl- Young Indians has been in the forefront, championing and leading responsibly through various initiatives in the past few years during the COVID19 pandemic. CII- YI NORTHERN REGIONAL COUNCIL MEETING is happening at The Oberoi, Gurugram on 30-31st July 2022. YI GURUGRAM presents a special interaction session with some of the eminent personalities of the industry. Session of Wealth Management will be given by Kotak. At this Young Indians Session of CII, PROF. Himanshu Rai, Director- IIM Indore will be giving a session on Leadership .

Mr. Rahul Mirchandani Past National Chairman Young Indians will be discussing New innovations which need to be initiated by the talented youth. Youth are the future and they need to have a say. Their ideas need to be embraced, assessed, validated and scaled by policy makers.
Mr. Navreet Singh Sehgal, Chair YI Gurugram Chapter will be throwing light on how entrepreneurship among ordinary people has been slowly and steadily changing the face of India and why we always talk of the problems but not of the interesting, creative and positive things happening in India.
Mr. Anuj Agarwal, Regional Chair- Yi Northern Region feels,“We have some of the most intelligent people in the world but they tend to become dysfunctional when taken as a group. The YI will facilitate their rise and basically instill in them a sense of pride of being Indians”.
YI Gurugram will be hosting the event and Rohit Maheshwari- Co- Chair, Yi Gurugram, Akshay Maheshwari- Chair- Learning Vertical , Yi Gurugram, Aseem Gupta- Chair- Outreach & Climate Vertical, Yi Gurugram, Shreya Sabharwal- Chair- Branding Vertical, Yi Gurugram will be actively involved. The event will help to assimilate key learnings from different leaders which would help Young Indians build an actionable plan on the way forward for the stakeholders.
