ELANPRO CONDUCTS TRAINING PROGRAM FOR SERVICE STAFF

The training program included workshop and seminar on service role and customers’ expectations

New Delhi, December 15, 2022: ELANPRO, India’s leading commercial refrigeration company, recently hosted an intensive training programme for all its service executives titled ‘Service Experts of Tomorrow’. Aimed at strengthening the service arm of the company, the initiative witnessed participation of more than 30 service staff of Elanpro from various parts of India.

Commenting on the training programme, Mr. Sanjay Jain, Director, ELANPRO said, “We have attached a great importance to service support provided by us. Our service has always been the priority at the company. Infact, we have created a niche based on the impeccable after sales support provided by us.

Amid growing competition and rapidly changing technology, we want to keep all staff trained to the highest standards. With such training programmes we intend to prepare employees technically and professionally when they are out in the market with the customer.”

“We plan to continue organising more such programmes that will help service professionals gain insights on the trends in the field and best practices on ground”, he further added.

A three-day training and upskilling programme focused on the various issues faced by the service team. The attendees were oriented on topics such as role and responsibilities, concerns faced on the field, bridging the expectations gap of the sales and service team and troubleshoot sessions of the key products by ELANPRO. The program also included an interactive session with key clients to understand the expectations of the customers.

ELANPRO plans to continue conducting such value imparting programmes on a regular basis for keeping professionals in the field up to date on the developments and best practices in the industry. The company plans to launch its flagship training program in the near future.
