Fairmont Jaipur, India’s first outpost of the luxurious global hotel chain, and the ideal property in the pink city, welcomes Mr. Mihir Kane as the Executive Chef. Mihir brings in exemplary experience of over 17 years in the culinary field and more than 3 years as Executive Chef.

With exposure across Western, Oriental, and Indian cuisines, Chef Kane enjoys experimenting and improvising with a large variety of flavors and cooking styles to suit the modern-day palate.
He began his professional career with JW Mariott Mumbai and since then he has contributed his incredible culinary skillset to properties such as Hyatt Regency Pune, Courtyard by Mariott Pune, Jaisalmer Mariott Resort & spa, Jaipur Mariott Hotel, Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. Prior to joining Fairmont Jaipur, he contributed as Executive Chef at InterContinental Mahabalupuram Chennai Resort.
