A leader is also one who has a big heart and they are never lazy or lethargic. A leader does not work from behind, he works from the front. A leader should have great ambitions and be curious at every point. They should not be ashamed to be ambitious. Leaders should have self-accountability – they should take responsibility for their actions and quickly recover from any impulse to blame others. And finally, a leader should believe in themselves.”

You all will be leaving your comfort zones behind and facing the real world that will help you to carve yourselves as strong and potential individuals. As you venture out, you have the opportunity to play your part: to help create a better future for your families, your communities, and the country. But during all of this, I hope you learn to enjoy the journey you embark upon. Do not rush along this voyage, but experience it.”
