Founded by Mr. Manoj Khandelwal in 2013, the company aims to develop a workplace environment that is adapted to the demands of the firm. Workshaala offers a wide range of services such as a highly productive work environment with a dynamic open office layout and ergonomically designed workstations and seats. Internal office maintenance is supplied from start to finish, including cleaning, pantry, cafeteria, security, CCTV, DG, and elevator maintenance, and, most importantly, security solutions.

Born and raised in Ghaziabad, Manoj received his Engineering degree in BE mechanical from NIT Bhopal. Prior to founding Workshaala, he worked for Wipro Technologies after campus for three years before moving on to L&T InfoTech. In 2008, Khandelwal founded his own IT consulting firm.

Manoj conceived the idea of Workshaala, when his IT consultancy encountered a problem with the sole co-working space available at the time. It was then, that he decided to establish his own office. He planned to turn the large room they had acquired into a shared working place. Khandelwal chose to engage in this model of business during this time, and Workshaala was founded in 2013, but the business caught speed in the year 2017.

The aim of Mr. Khandelwal is to deliver a clean and straightforward real estate option to business owners and hence provide the best services.
