September 1, 2022. India. KAMP conducted a special Workshop on “Coding, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence” on Thursday, 1st September 2022 with 1000+ students of 5th to 12th standard from different schools across India as participants. The main aim of this workshop was to help the students understand the concept of robotics, coding and Artificial Intelligence. The session was convened by Ms Arika Mathur, Member KAMP Planning & Monitoring Committee. This session was facilitated by Mr Anurag Tiwari. He is an Engineer, Innovator and Educator & has experience in delivering more than 300 workshops and training and has trained more than 10000 students.
In this workshop, it was rightly pointed out that Coding, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence are everywhere, be it small gadgets like the mobile phone we have or as big as the heavy robotics within the industries and factories. KAMP helped students understand what robotics, coding, and artificial intelligence are and how mechanical, electronics and computer science combine to form Artificial Intelligence.
Throughout the session, it was demonstrated how to develop games, apps, robotic models and prototypes. The purpose of this workshop was to enable students to become future-ready for the upcoming challenges of the 21st century. KAMP aims to help students become productive and successful citizens by inculcating scientific temperament within them. To be a part of these workshops, students can enroll for KAMP – National Assessment of Scientific Temperament & Aptitude (NASTA) 2022 online through www.kamp.res.in.
