Lakshya Digital announces Masterclass in Character Modelling in Pune

Six-month course to provide in-depth understanding of character modelling techniques by industry experts.

Pune, 06 March 2023: Lakshya Digital, India’s number one Game Art & Animation studio and amongst Top 5 globally, is looking for fresh candidates for its next batch of Masterclass on Character Modelling, run by Lakshya’s not-for-profit training division – inGame Academy. The batch will commence in April 2023, from our Pune office.

The six-month course will provide an in-depth understanding of character modelling techniques, tools, and workflows used in the production pipeline of the global Video Games industry. The classes will be conducted in small batch size for individualised guidance by seasoned industry professionals who have extensive experience in character modelling.

The masterclass is designed for both beginners and experienced artists who want to enhance their skills and knowledge in character modelling. Participants will learn the fundamentals of sculpting, texturing, and rigging of 3D characters.

The program will also offer soft skills training for personality development and focused training to be production-ready 3D character artists.

Trainees with promising talent and excellent performance during training will be offered employment opportunities at Lakshya upon successful completion of the course.

The masterclass will be held in Lakshya’s state-of-the-art studio in Pune, which is equipped with the latest technology and software used in the animation and VFX industry.
