Mahindra Lifespaces, India’s only company recognized with a Double ‘A’ leadership score in CDP’s Climate Change and Water Security rankings

India, December 20, 2022: Furthering its commitment to sustainable, climate-responsive design and green construction, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate arm of Mahindra Group, today announced that it has secured a double ‘A’ leadership ranking in corporate transparency and performance on climate change and water security by CDP, a global non-profit that runs the world’s environmental disclosure system for companies, cities, states and regions. CDP encourages companies and governments to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, and switch to more sustainable materials and operations. Mahindra Lifespaces® is the only Indian company to secure a place on CDP’s annual ‘A’ list and has been awarded the ‘Leadership’ status.

The year 2022 marks the ninth year for Mahindra Lifespaces® disclosing its sustainability performance through CDP.
