NaRaYa Participates in the Opening of APEC Voices of the Future 2022 to Support Thai Youth Delegates in Showcasing Their Potential on Global Stage

Bangkok, Thailand, August 30, 2022 – Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Business Group (KKP) and Sripatum University participated in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony to host the APEC Voices of the Future 2022 (APEC VOTF 2022). Held in parallel with the APEC CEO Summit 2022 between 13 – 19 November 2022, to provide opportunities for potential youth delegates from 21 APEC member economic zones to take part in various activities together to present the perspectives and solutions on issues affecting the future of economies in the Asia-Pacific region, and to listen to the vision of executives from the world’s leading companies attending the APEC meeting. The official MOU signing ceremony was held at Sripatum University on August 30, 2022.

APEC Youth Leadership Conference, APEC Voices of the Future, was established in 1998 in Malaysia. The first meeting was held in 1999 in New Zealand, in parallel with the APEC Summit held in each country, to provide opportunities for youths selected from 21 APEC member economic zones to come together and take part in various activities to present the perspectives and solutions on issues affecting the future of economies in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as listening to the vision of executives from the world’s leading companies attending the APEC meeting. Thailand has sent youth representatives to participate since 2012 in Vladivostok, Russia, and for this year, Thailand is hosting the event under the concept, “Open. Connect. Balance.” between 13 – 19 November 2022, with more than 130 youth representatives and educators from 21 economic zones set to attend the event.

In addition to the cooperation in organizing the event of the two co-hosts, the APEC Voices of the Future 2022 project is also supported by Narai Intertrade Co., Ltd., the manufacturer and distributor of NaRaYa products, where it is the main sponsor for this event, and also designed and produced souvenirs for each of the delegates.
