NATIONAL COACHING CAMP – 2023 BRIDGE FEDERATION OF INDIA

TRAINING THE MIND THAT MATTERS

National, 06 March 2023: The Bridge Federation of India is conducting its National Coaching Camp at the Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence, Greater Noida from 02 – 18 March 2023. This coaching camp kickstarts BFI’s preparation for Asian Games 2023, scheduled to be held at Hangzhou, China between 23rd September to 8th October later this year.

The camp is scheduled to be conducted in 3 phases with the Men’s/ Open team preparation in Phase 1 between 02-07 March, followed by the Mixed team in phase 2 from 10-14 March. The third phase will have the Ladies team and the Seniors team camp between 15-17 March.

Bridge is a Priority Sports under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and was introduced at the Asian Games in Jakarta in 2018. The Indian team reaped a good harvest of 01 Gold and 02 Bronze medals at Jakarta and is aiming to do even better this year. The coaching camp is being organized under the overall directions of the Sport’s Authority of India, Regional Centre Lucknow.
