Qualcomm Technologies launches Snapdragon ConQuest™ Mobile Open – BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI)

Top teams from the qualifying rounds and 32 professional teams to battle it out for a total award pool of INR 50 lakhs

INDIA, 30 May 2022: Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. today announced the launch of Snapdragon ConQuest Mobile Open, an open for all BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI) tournament for all gamers in India. The competition will witness participants from across the nation compete in various qualifier rounds. The top 112 teams at the end of the qualifying rounds will join 32 professional teams and battle it out through the later stages of the tournament.

The official game for this season is “BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI)”, a multiplayer battle royale game created and published by KRAFTON. The tournament will begin with the pre-heat on 30th May 2022 with registrations starting 9th June 2022 and will continue till early October this year with live broadcasts starting from July. Aspiring gamers and esports fans will be able to tune in to watch gamers across all experience levels and learn from them. Winners of this open tournament will have the opportunity to compete in Snapdragon Pro Series finals hosted by Qualcomm Technologies and ESL Gaming in Hyderabad.

Launched in November 2020, the Snapdragon ConQuest tournament is Qualcomm Technologies’ initiative to engage with and nurture promising talent in the fast-growing mobile gaming landscape. The latest edition of the tournament will witness mobile gaming enthusiasts and professionals coming together with even more energy, exciting gameplay, and agile perseverance to clinch victory. The tournament will be broadcast live on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/QualcommSnapdragonConquest in Hindi and English.
