In his prior role as Food & Beverage Manager at Roseate House New Delhi, Mr. Bhatia displayed exceptional leadership skills, ensuring that the division operated in accordance with the highest brand standards. He consistently maintained stringent quality control, upheld hygiene and safety, and crafted memorable dining experiences for guests.

Mr. Bhatia’s illustrious career also includes serving as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Amari Galle, Sri Lanka, Banquet Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, and the Restaurant Manager at both The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore and The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Mr. Bhatia consistently exceeded guest and owner expectations in said roles and played a pivotal part in taking the culinary departments to new heights. His achievements include being recognized with awards such as the Best Indian Restaurant for “Riwaz” and the Best Lebanese Restaurant for “Souk.”
