Largest independent survey carried out in France
Includes 200 business managers and customers of IT service providers.
Covers 600 IT outsourcing contracts and 700 cloud service contracts.

12% higher than the average of companies in the sector.
6% higher than the organization that ranked second.
General satisfaction score is up by 3%

Account management: 87%, up by 11% vs industry average.
