Partnership aims to achieve 25% of drone production in North East Region
New Delhi, 10th June 2022 : Theta Enerlytics and Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI) have jointly created a campaign called – ‘Aadhunik Udhyojak Yojna’, that will help in creating and handholding five thousand drone entrepreneurs in India.
The entrepreneurs shall initiate as service providers to ultimately transforming into viable Start-Ups, built on strong foundation and robust network across the country. With special focus on North East Region, the partnership aims to achieve 25% of drone production giving further opportunity to Scheduled Tribes in the region.
Mr Karan Dhaul, Chairman and Co-founder of Theta Enerlytics Pvt Ltd said “We create the entire ecosystem and execute the project starting with mobilization and training, technical knowledge and tools including a drone, laptop, GIS tools and software required as per field chosen by the entrepreneur”.

This two-fold agenda of developing skilled technical enterprises as well as elevating the level ground for SC-ST entrepreneurs could not have been possible without the motivation and the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister who has spearheaded number of initiatives for making opportunity and capital accessible for youth and aspiring entrepreneurs from SC-ST communities who that want to make a change and contribute towards nation building.
“The project will enable Dalit Entrepreneurs to harness technical prowess & help generate jobs in the economy in growing futuristic fields of our generation”, Mr Dhaul further added.
Dr. Milind Kamble, the Founder – Chairman of DICCI said that, “today the aspirations and opportunities for SC-ST youth are at par with the modern developments across the globe. Aadhunik Udhyojak Yojna is one such project which intended to promote new-age and technology driven entrepreneurship among SC-ST youth”.
The initiative of Aadhunik Udhyojak Yojna has been formalised by MoU between DICCI and Theta Enerlytics and has set up a target of 5 years to achieve the goal with the motivation of ‘What We Can Do For Our Country’ & not ‘What Our Country Can Do For Us’.
