About The Fest: The Galleria, Yelahanka is curating a month-long Summer Fest to make it the ultimate destination for kids destination during the Summer Holidays. As a part of the curation, the mall has executed a beautiful Butterfly Land featuring animatronics butterflies of many kinds with each explained in great detail so that the kids learn as they get wow-ed by the larger-than-life gigantic butterflies. There is also an educational wall talking about various butterfly species in the world along with their anatomies. The entire mall is covered with hanging butterflies, creating a garden’s ambiance and two large Installations.
Along with the park, every weekend 3pm onwards, the mall will have multiple events exclusively designed keeping in mind the tiny tots. Butterfly Parades, origami, making butterfly hand puppets, finger painting workshops, creating butterflies from waste & recycled materials, butterfly hair band & wings making workshop, acrylic painting, painting butterflies on pebbles and more, the list is long & fun. Each workshop will be conducted by experts from the ‘Art & Craft’ arena especially proficient with kids so that the parents can relax and have a good time in the mall, while the kids are engaged in the activities. There will also be a LIVE exhibit of butterfly, pupa, egg.
Adding to the excitement, the kids will be putting up a spectacular musical on ‘butterflies & environment conservation’ on 12th June to end the festival on a musical note.
