Mumbai, 2 May 2025: Myprotein, the leading online sports nutrition brand, has announced its role as the official nutrition partner for the highly anticipated Indian debut of HYROX. This innovative indoor fitness competition, known for its consistent format of alternating 1km runs with challenging functional exercise stations, is set to take place in Mumbai on 3rd May 2025.
HYROX has gained global recognition for testing both endurance and functional strength. Participants face a demanding yet accessible challenge that includes exercises such as:
- SkiErg: A full-body cardiovascular exercise
- Sled Push: Testing lower body power and core strength
- Sled Pull: Engaging back, arm, and leg muscles
- Burpee Broad Jump: A plyometric exercise combining cardiovascular and explosive power
- RowErg: A full-body endurance and strength exercise
- Farmers Carry: Challenging grip strength and core stability
- Sandbag Lunges: Testing lower body strength and balance
- Wall Balls: A dynamic exercise for power and coordination
