Crack Academy Appoints J.P. Dange, IAS (Retd.), to Its Board of Advisors to Support Aspirants from Small Towns

Crack Academy, India’s leading EdTech platform for government exam preparation, announces the appointment of J.P. Dange, IAS (Retd.), as a member of its Board of Advisors.

Mr Dange brings with him an illustrious career spanning decades in public administration, having served as the Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra. He currently serves as Chairman of the State Pre-IAS Training Centres Reforms Committee and as Inquiry Authority (Government of India).

In his advisory role, Mr. Dange will provide strategic guidance to Crack Academy in strengthening its academic ecosystem, enhancing governance practices, and shaping future-ready programs for civil services aspirants. His insights into governance, education, and mentorship will play a pivotal role in supporting the Academy’s mission of bridging the educational gap between urban and rural areas, particularly in Tier-3 and Tier-4 cities.
