Mercedes-Benz inaugurated 11 new luxury touchpoints this year, 12 more luxury touchpoints to be inaugurated in the remaining year.

The new T&T Motors service facility spreads across 9000 sq. ft. and offers customers an elevated ownership experience and complete peace of mind with state-of-art service capabilities, latest equipment and tools and spare parts. T&T Udaipur has 3 Preventive Maintenance & General Repairs bays along with 2 quick Body & Paint jobs bays, in addition to 3 supporting bays. One of the key highlights of the service facility is the ‘Premier Express Bay’ for quick servicing in 60 minutes.
In addition, T&T Motors Udaipur features the city’s only 180 KW ultra-fast charger with 2 bays, open to all BEV customers. Mercedes-Benz will soon avail a 24-Hour Service Mobilio facility for customers. Patrons can also avail a host of digital service offered by Mercedes-Benz like Online Appointment Booking, Digital Service Drive, Vehicle Digital Reception System etc. T&T Motors Udaipur also has an exclusive car handover experience for customers, featuring the exclusive ‘Key Presenter’.

Consulting Areas: The warm materials and reduced ceiling height adds to the ‘Consulting Area’ a quality of character which makes it a pleasant place to be in. Various seating situations can be chosen for individual consultations in accordance with the customer preferences. Media surfaces are integrated seamlessly behind Black Glass and can be controlled individually by the Consultant who can use them to support the consultancy activity.
Exclusive Customer Contact Areas: The Customer Contact Areas in the Showroom are used exclusively for customer consultancy. All permanent workplaces in are provided in the Back Office.
Private Consulting Room: A room separated by glass walls and treated with privacy screening is available for confidential discussions. Media presentations and lighting effects allow the room to be configured for a specific brand.
Boutique Items: The Boutique Item Shop immediately adjoins the Waiting Area. Shop Gondolas and Display Cabinets allow products from the accessories and collection range to be presented flexibly in the space.
Vehicle Handover: This space places the emphasis on creating a personal experience-oriented staging of the handover process. As this space is equipped with 8 screen media displays, it is possible both to play atmospheric content and explain product characteristics. This is also to ensure privacy for the customers taking delivery of the cars. The highlight of the vehicle handover space is the ‘Key Presenter’ for Exclusive Deliveries both in showroom and also at the service facility.
