Nimbus Realty Partners with North India’s Leading Architect Zafar Masud Chaudhary for Bespoke Clubhouse at Nimbus The Arista Luxe

Nimbus Realty has partnered with acclaimed architect Zafar Masud Chaudhary, Founder and Principal Architect of Habitat Architects, to design a refined, members-only clubhouse at Tower 5 of Nimbus The Arista Luxe, its luxury residential address in Noida.

Known for his globally attuned, human-centric design philosophy, Chaudhary’s work is defined by quiet elegance, nuanced detailing and spaces that privilege experience over excess. The clubhouse is envisioned as a layered retreat, where texture, light and proportion come together to create an atmosphere of understated luxury.

Set within a 10-acre enclave, Nimbus The Arista Luxe comprises 342 finely crafted residences across Towers 5, 7, 8 and 9. With expansive landscaped greens, curated water features and generous open spaces, the development offers a rare sense of calm, privacy and spatial generosity, hallmarks of contemporary luxury living.
