Paisabazaar Employees Win a House, a Car and Top Honours in ‘Jeeto Apna Ghar’ Contest

Gurugram, Haryana | July 20, 2026: Paisabazaar recently concluded the first edition of its employee rewards programme, Jeeto Apna Ghar (JAG), where the organisation’s top performers were recognised with life-changing rewards for their exceptional contribution in FY 2025-26.

The biggest prize of the event, a house, was won by Xitiz Katoch, a top performer from Paisabazaar’s Personal Loans team in Gurugram. Ranjeet Kumar Ranjan, from the company’s Credit Cards business in Delhi, was awarded a car. 

Sharing his experience, Xitiz Katoch said, “There are some dreams you spend years working towards and owning a home was one of mine. To see that dream come true through the recognition I received at Paisabazaar is an unforgettable feeling. Another JAG winner, Ranjeet Kumar Ranjan added, “This award means much more than receiving a car. In addition to these two big winners, the event celebrated 652 top-performing Advisors and Team Leaders/Assistant Managers with cash rewards, recognising individuals who have consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment through their performance.
