New Delhi, July 12: Draupadi Murmu, the official nominee of the BJP- led National Democratic Alliance for the 2022 Presidential Election landed at Bagdogra Airport today.
Draupadi Murmu was accompanied by Sarbandananda Sonowal, Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and Cabinet Ministers of AYUSH along with Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Minister of Jal Shakti and Sambit Patra, National Spokesperson of the Bhartiya Janta Party.
On her arrival, she was accorded a warm welcome by the Chief Minister of Sikkim, Prem Singh Tamang and his Cabinet Ministers along with Indra Hang Subba, Member of Lok Sabha, Hishey Lachungpa, Member of Rajya Sabha and MLA’s.
Later in the evening, Draupadi Murmu will be meeting the Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang and his Cabinet Ministers at Mayfair Hotel, Siliguri.
