New Delhi, August 02, 2023: IILM University an institution dedicated to academic excellence and transformative education, proudly announces the hosting of the G-20 University Connect Engaging Young Minds Conference in collaboration with Research and Information Systems in Developing Countries (RIS), and the Ministry of External Affairs.
Designed around the theme “Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for a Better World,” is scheduled to take place on August 08, 2023, at the IILM campus in Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
The University Connect G-20 conference will also witness the honourable presence of Mr Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Chief Coordinator for India’s G20 Presidency in 2023, who will grace the event as the Chief Guest among other dignitaries from Academia, Foreign Missions and Business Domain.
The conference under the G20 University Connect – Engaging Young Minds aligns with India’s theme “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” or “One Earth – One Family – One Future”, rightly aiming to instil a sense of unanimity essential for addressing these global challenges collectively and effectively. It aims to spread the vision of Honourable Prime Minister’s Shri Narenedra Modi’s vision among the youth of the nation to extend India’s commitment to nurture a Better World.
The conference will consist of the inaugural and three insightful sessions:
1)Inaugural Session – “Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) For A Better World”
The session will highlight trends in global cooperation and the effectiveness of international institutions in accelerating SDGs.
2)Session 2 – “Quality Education as a Tool for Nurturing and Enhancing Human Capacity”
The thought-provoking session will delve into the crucial role of quality education in fostering a peaceful and prosperous world.
3)Session 3 – “Gender Equality for a Peaceful, Prosperous, and Sustainable World”
Eminent experts will highlight the significance of gender equality as a fundamental human right and the foundation for a peaceful and sustainable world.
