India INX Signs Strategic MoUs with Taiwan Stock Exchange, AFRINEX, and ICSI to Enhance Global Market Access, Strengthen IFSC Ecosystem

GIFT City, Gandhinagar, 4th March 2026: India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited (India INX), a BSE Company, has signed three strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), AFRINEX Exchange, and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), further reinforcing its position as a globally integrated exchange operating from GIFT IFSC.

These MoUs significantly expand India INX’s international partnership framework, deepening institutional linkages across Asia and Africa while strengthening professional capacity within the IFSC ecosystem. While partnerships with Taiwan Stock Exchange & AFRINEX Exchange focus on capital market connectivity & exchange level cooperation, the collaboration with ICIS, shall drive certification program & ensuring enhanced regulatory alignment, to support sustainable growth at India INX within GIFT City.

During the Global Securities Market Conclave (GSMC) 2.0, hosted by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) in Gandhinagar, GIFT City, above mentioned MoUs were exchanged in the presence of senior leadership from the respective institutions – Ms. Brenda Hu, Senior Vice President – Taiwan Stock Exchange & COO of the Asian Asset Management Centre representing TWSE, Mr. Thapelo Tsheole, Chief Executive Officer of AFRINEX Exchange, and CS Ashish Mohan, Secretary of ICSI – underscoring high-level institutional commitment and strategic alignment.

Collectively, these strategic collaborations significantly enhance India INX’s global exposure and international footprint, accelerating cross-border capital integration, expanding global market access, and reinforcing institutional depth within GIFT IFSC in line with emerging global capital market standards along with, structuring India INX’s as a gateway for global capital market development.
