Leverage Invites 50 Return-to-Work Moms More than 51% of Leverage’s workforce are women

12nd March, 2024: Akshay Chaturvedi, Founder & CEO, Leverage.biz announced on twitter last week that the company is bringing onboard 50 Return-to-Work Moms. The initiative recognises the unique skills, drive, and perspectives that women bring to the workplace after taking time away during an important phase in their life.

Roles across various departments are available for Return-to-work moms. The company believes mothers rejoining the workforce offer unmatched grit, power and persistance to outperform others in the workplace. Akshay adds in his tweet, “Like my colleague Shailja said – every day should be Women’s Day. My other colleague Harsh’s point that the day helps us sit up and take notice, make some radical changes in an otherwise chaotic calendar, so made sense too, so here we go.”

The Return-to-Work initiative is part of Leverage Edu’s larger commitment to building an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace. The company has previously announced Period Leaves for women in the workplace a few years back.

Akshay adds, “Super look forward to working with our return-to-work Moms! Our CBO, Sandeep summed it up the best when he said – as a woman births a kid, she becomes much stronger, another different avatar ~ more ambitious and more powerful, to win the damn world, we’d love to be enablers to these rockstar women and provide them the rocket thrust they need to change the colour of the skies!!”.
