Tijuana – Located in Mexico, Tijuana is the 6th largest city in the country. Reports reveal that Tijuana is one of the hubs for drug trafficking and human trafficking in Mexico. Fights between rival gangs are quite common, which often leads to deaths and injuries. As per 2019 data, Tijuana had the world’s highest homicide rate of 134 murders per 100,000 people. Mexico has several other cities that are considered dangerous such as Juarez, Uruapan, Irapuato, Acapulco and Obregon.
