Raj Petro took part in a special ‘Global Safety Standstill’ initiative on ‘World Day for Safety and Health at Work.’

Hyderabad: April 28, 2022, | Raj Petro Specialities Pvt Ltd., a Brenntag Group company, revealed a unique initiative called ‘Safety Standstill’ on ‘World Day for Safety and Health at Work’ to promote health Safety practices at the workplace. The company conducted an interactive session which included employees across all sites pan-India. During the session, the entire organization and employees paused all work, a total standstill, to reiterate every individual’s commitment to the safety initiatives needed to ensure safe operations.

‘Safety First & Nothing Tops Safety’ has been the company’s credo, and the leadership team members have always emphasized the importance of constantly improving safety quotient.

While explaining the significance of safety practices Mr. Mehul Nanavati, Managing Director, Raj Petro Specialities Pvt Ltd. said, “Safety of our employees at all our workplaces is the topmost priority. Such initiatives help re-energize and strengthen our commitment to creating a safe and healthy working environment. The company has taken several initiatives to promote a culture of Safety in society. Recently Raj Petro Specialities launched the ‘Zoomol Road Safety Campaign’ under the Automotive lubricants veritical, Zoomol. To promote Safety on the road for bikers, 1500+ helmets were distributed for the cause in the Northern and Western regions of the country.

At Raj Petro, Road Safety Week was celebrated in January to create awareness about the best road safety practices. To take the initiative of Road safety forward, the company distributed Safety life jackets to vehicle drivers, and conducted awareness sessions and recognition programs.
