New Delhi, Jan 2: Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang attended the Sadhbhavana Sammelan at Salugara in the esteemed company of HH Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj on New Year’s Eve.
Participating in the Sadhbhavana Sammelan, alongside the revered HH Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj, was truly an enriching experience, shared the Chief Minister.
The spiritual aura and teachings imparted during the event added depth to this profound event, he added.
The Sammelan has further strengthened the love, understanding, friendship and goodwill, which has succeeded in bringing together the devotees of Sikkim, the entire North-East region and other places of the country with a common goal and a common platform, mentioned the Chief Minister.
He thanked Manav Uthan Sewa Samiti for promoting love, brotherhood, harmony, unity and spirituality among diverse communities. It is a blessed opportunity for all of us to imbibe the inspirational words of love, knowledge, devotion and mukti in the gracious presence of Satpal Ji Maharaj. He has shown the easy path to health, happiness, peace, prosperity and liberation to all of us through Manav Uthan Seva Samiti, the Chief Minister said.
In the context of Sikkim, the Chief Minister said that Sikkim has set an example in terms of unique cultural mix, communal harmony and co-existence of different communities amidst the natural beauty along with the spirit of friendship and unity, respect and hospitality and values.
This spiritual congregation is a celebration of diversity the entire North East region as one family, the Chief Minister said calling one and all to promote peace, understanding, spiritual growth and harmony among people at large.
The Chief Minister further apprised Satpal Ji Maharaj about the Government of Sikkim constructing the “Manav Dharma Mandir” at Pakyong for Manav Uthan Sewa Samiti.
Chief Minister Mr Tamang concluded his address by extending New Year Greetings, wishing for good health, peace and prosperity to all.
