Vi maintains leadership in offering best voice quality in the industry, as per TRAI MyCall Data

– highest rated voice quality in the country as per TRAI’s “MyCall” app data for 17 out of 19 months from November 2020 to May 2022

TRAI has updated the voice call quality index on its MyCall Portal for the month of May 2022. As per the latest data, Vi continues to be rated best on Call quality parameters from Jan to May 2022.

Vi is the only operator to score best in Industry rating on Voice Call quality across 2G/3G/4G networks on aggregate basis as well as individually on 2G, 3G and 4G.

As per TRAI MyCall Data For the month of May 2022, Vi is the only telecom operator with a score rating of 3.9 out of 5 on Indoor calls, 3.5 on outdoor connectivity and 4.6 while travelling, over 2G/3G/4G networks on aggregate basis.

For voice call quality over 4G network for May 2022, Vi scored the highest rating of 4.4 amongst all service providers. Individually, Vi scored 4.5 on Indoor connectivity, 3.7 on Outdoor call connectivity and 4.7 while travelling.

Trai data on its MyCall Portal is based on crowd sourced data collected through usage of Trai MyCall Application by mobile users across India, thereby providing feedback on voice call quality being received by them on their respective mobile connections.
