Akhil Anand joins JSA as a Partner in Delhi

National, July 17, 2024: JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA), one of India’s premier law firms, announced the onboarding of Akhil Anand as a Partner in JSA’s industry-leading Dispute Resolution Practice. Akhil has nearly 21 years of diverse post-qualification experience. He will be based out of the Delhi office of JSA.

Prior to joining JSA, Akhil worked with DSK Legal, L&L Law Offices, and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas among others. Akhil is also an Advocate on Record (AoR) at the Supreme Court of India. Akhil has joined JSA along with Himanshu Vij, who joins JSA as Principal Associate, Himansu has 11 years of post-qualification experience.

Akhil is a seasoned legal practitioner with diverse litigation and dispute resolution experience across a wide spectrum of fora’s, including the Supreme Court of India, and various High Courts; with specialisaiton in Arbitration, Online Gaming, Information Technology Laws, Data Privacy. He has represented top clients and industry bodies across sectors including Gaming, Technology, Real Estate, Healthcare, Engineering, in critical matters.

Academically, Akhil holds L.L.B from the Law Faculty, University of Delhi, and is a Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi. Registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2003, Akhil is also a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
