In a first-of-its-kind approach to decode consumer preferences, Interio has partnered with XLRI’s Brain Lab to study subconscious consumer reactions. By tracking biometric responses such as eye movement and heart rate when individuals view different furniture designs, the brand gains insights into first-impression preferences. These findings guide product development and design decisions that connect emotionally with the evolving aesthetic and functional expectations of Indian consumers.

Users can upgrade or modify furniture as their needs evolve. This premium yet accessible furniture solution aims to generate ₹50 crore in revenue in its first year.
Interio has expanded its e-commerce reach to 17,000+ pin codes while maintaining a strong offline presence with over 1,015 exclusive showrooms and 4,000+ retail touchpoints. commands a 15% market share in India’s organized furniture retail segment. The brand has witnessed 23% growth in sales over the past year. Interio is providing phygital experience through 360° virtual walkthroughs, 3D Room Planners and AI-based product recommendations tailored to individual homes and preferences.
To help consumers visualize their ideal spaces, Interio has introduced tools like the Room Planner and 3D Configurator. These allow consumers to collaborate with store teams for real-time room design simulations that address common concerns such as lighting, color coordination and spatial orientation.
On the backend, Interio is investing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and connected tech platforms that enable efficient supply chain management and faster communication, especially during remote operations.
