Arkade Developers registers Development Agreement for mixed-use redevelopment project at Goregoan West with projected GDV of INR 350 crores

Mumbai 4th February 2026: Arkade Developers Limited, a leading listed real estate entity in Mumbai, has signed the Development Agreement for a premium redevelopment project Jal Ratan Deep at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, with an estimated Gross Development Value of ₹350 crore.

The development will be undertaken on a plot admeasuring approximately 4,640.60 sq. metres and will be designed to include Luxury 2- & 3-bedroom residences, in line with Arkade’s commitment to delivering high quality redevelopment solutions.

Envisioned as a contemporary high-rise development, this project will offer luxurious homes and commercial spaces in Goregoan West, a prominent micro-market in the western suburbs of Mumbai. Catering to high-end users seeking larger homes, it strengthens the area’s mixed-use character and boosts Bangur Nagar’s commercial ecosystem – enhancing the overall urban experience.
