Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Gipson Paul as Managing Director, Hyderabad

Hyderabad, 18 June 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate services firms in India, today announced the appointment of Gipson Paul as Managing Director, Hyderabad.

In this role, Gipson will lead the firm’s Hyderabad business, with responsibility for driving growth across service lines, strengthening client engagement, advancing strategic initiatives, and further enhancing Cushman & Wakefield’s position in one of India’s most important commercial real estate markets.

A seasoned real estate leader, Gipson brings 25 years of experience in the sector. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with occupiers, developers, investors and public sector stakeholders, helping shape business growth and market development across Hyderabad. He has also played a key role in building and scaling teams, developing client relationships and expanding service offerings across multiple business lines.
