JSA advises Ixigo on acquisition of majority stake in Brevistay

Mumbai, 10th July 2026: JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) represented Le Travenues Technology Limited (“Ixigo”) in relation to its acquisition of majority stake in Brevistay Hospitality Private Limited (“Brevistay”). Brevistay has built India’s largest flexible-stay hotel network platform that enables short-duration and overnight hotel bookings. As part of the transaction, JSA provided end-to-end support in relation to transaction including conducting legal due diligence on Brevistay, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and providing assistance with pre-closing actions.
