Reliable Real Estate Information Key for Homebuyers: CREDAI Telangana President at Property Pulse Agents Meet

Hyderabad, 03rd August 2026: Property buying begins with information, but in a market flooded with rumours, speculation and misleading claims, credible real estate news has become more important than ever for homebuyers. With this objective, Property Pulse, India’s first real estate newspaper, organised the Hyderabad Circulation Agents Meeting at The Plaza, Begumpet, recognising newspaper distribution agents for helping deliver reliable real estate information to readers while strengthening the newspaper’s circulation network across Hyderabad.

Speaking as the chief guest, Indrasena Reddy, President of CREDAI Telangana, described newspaper distribution agents as the backbone of the print industry, acknowledging their daily efforts in ensuring newspapers reach readers. He said circulating a dedicated real estate newspaper is different from distributing a general newspaper, as it carries information that directly influences one of the biggest financial decisions made by families.

“Real estate is in everyone’s hands. Our property is in the hands of Pulse. It is not yours, it is ours,” he said, adding that the right information must reach homebuyers at a time when misinformation is creating confusion in the market. He assured the support of all 15 CREDAI Telangana chapters to strengthen the newspaper’s reach across the state.

Meanwhile, Former CREDAI Hyderabad President V. Rajashekar Reddy highlighted the importance of ensuring reliable real estate information reaches readers, saying newspaper distribution agents play a vital role in delivering it. “A paper and a pen are powerful weapons,” he said, describing newspaper distribution agents as among the hardest-working contributors who ensure newspapers reach readers every morning.

Rajashekar Reddy also pointed to Hyderabad’s expanding real estate ecosystem, noting that the sector provides employment to lakhs of skilled and semi-skilled workers while supporting hundreds of ancillary industries. He said the real estate sector deserves continued support given its significant contribution to employment and the economy.

Author, entrepreneur, leadership coach and professional speaker Venu Bhagavan highlighted the role of newspaper distribution agents, saying that even in the age of AI agents, newspaper distribution agents begin their work before sunrise to ensure newspapers reach readers. Drawing parallels with Hyderabad’s property market over the past two decades, he said only a small percentage of investors are able to identify future growth corridors early, making reliable real estate information crucial for informed decision-making. He added that a strong real estate sector supports employment and drives broader economic growth.

Later in the event, Property Pulse Chairman King Johnson Koyyada, along with Former CREDAI Telangana President V. Rajashekar Reddy and other dignitaries, presented appreciation and distribution agency certificates to the agents in recognition of their contribution. The agents assured their continued support in expanding the newspaper’s reach and helping reliable real estate information reach more homebuyers across Hyderabad

Property Pulse representatives Prasad, Charan, Nithin, Laharika, Roopa Reddy, Katike Bhavani and others participated in the event.
