About the founders

Peak was founded by Richard Potter, David Leitch and Atul Sharma. Potter currently serves as the CEO at Peak. Prior to Peak, Potter had worked with companies like Wolfson Microelectronics, UBS Investment Bank, and Cooper Software. He had studied at the University of Edinburgh.

Co-founder David Leitch currently serves as the CIO at Peak. Earlier, he had worked with Co-operative Banking Group, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Wm Morrison Supermarkets. He had studied at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, from where he received a master’s degree in management with business law.

Co-founder Atul Sharma currently serves as the CTO at Peak. His prior work experience includes assignments with companies like Eastern Software Systems, Mastek Ltd., Windsor Life Insurance, Logica UK, CGI, Wm Morrison Supermarkets, Datasys Consultancy Services, and The Economist. Atul has an executive MBA degree from Lancaster University Management School.
