After the episode in the Bihar Assembly on Monday, Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha has not reached when the proceedings of the House begin today. In his absence, the assembly proceedings have started under the chairmanship of presiding member Prem Kumar. And the same MLAs say that the government should apologize in this matter. RJD MLA Bhai Birendra has strongly objected to this in the House. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary has said on behalf of the government that the talks between the Chief Minister and the Speaker of the Assembly on Monday. Unnecessary emphasis is being given to him. Referring to the rules of the House, the Chief Minister had put his point before the Speaker of the Assembly.
