Under this free-of-cost program, ACT support teams help senior citizens with everyday tasks involving technology, ranging from setting up the Smart TV to basic app configuration, arranging Skype calls, online shopping, and booking medical consultations, among others.

ACT has made it convenient for senior citizens to avail of this service. All they have to do is register with ACT as senior citizens from their mobile number. The customers above the age of 65 are then routed through a dedicated queue to ensure a smooth transition and client handling.
