AIC-RNTU Foundation Launches ‘SHEvolution – Ideate Cohort 2025’ to Power the Next Wave of Women-Led Innovation

Bhopal, June 19, 25 – In a country where women’s participation in entrepreneurship is steadily rising yet still faces numerous systemic barriers, initiatives that support and empower women innovators are more crucial than ever. The AIC-RNTU Foundation, in collaboration with the Centre for Women Entrepreneurship at Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), has launched SHEvolution – Ideate Cohort 2025, a 10-week virtual, capacity-building and pre-incubation program tailored exclusively for women-led, idea-stage startups.

SHEvolution – Ideate Cohort 2025 is designed to support aspiring women entrepreneurs with a comprehensive platform to bring their bold ideas to life. Participants will also have opportunities to network with like-minded women founders, and engage in expert-led sessions focused on real-world entrepreneurial challenges.

We believe that empowering women with the tools, mentorship, and network to transform their ideas into ventures is not just an economic imperative, but a social one,” said Ronald Fernandez, CEO – AIC RNTU Foundation.

“India needs more inclusive innovation, and programs like SHEvolution are critical to bridging the gender gap in entrepreneurship. This initiative is our step toward creating a supportive ecosystem where women can lead, innovate, and thrive without barriers.” He added.

Applications are now open for the SHEvolution – Ideate Cohort 2025, and the deadline to apply is June 20, 2025. The program is completely Virtual free of charge and accessible to women across the country.

As India strives toward a more inclusive and innovation-driven economy, programs like SHEvolution are essential in empowering women to step into leadership roles and build impactful ventures. By nurturing early-stage ideas and providing a launchpad for women innovators, AIC-RNTU Foundation is helping shape a future where women are equal architects of progress and change.
