AISECT launches a network of service centers called AISECT Seva Kendra, a leap towards “Atmanirbhar Bharat”

Bhopal, 24 June,23: AISECT, India’s leading education and skill development organization, has launched AISECTonline, a digital portal aimed at enabling the vision of “Atmanirbhar Bharat” by providing various B2C (Business to Customers) and G2C (Government to customers) services to Indian citizens. To address the digital gap prevalent in many parts of the country, AISECT has introduced AISECT Seva Kendra, a network of physical service centers. These centers offer a wide range of government and financial services, including PAN card application, voter ID card registration, utility bill payments, insurance services, banking services, and other financial services to residents in rural and semi-urban areas.

AISECT Seva Kendra aims to empower individuals residing in remote or underserved areas who often lack access to basic facilities and struggle to navigate the various services provided by the Indian government. Acting as a one-stop window for digital services, AISECT Seva Kendra collaborates seamlessly with government departments, private businesses, and other organizations to provide services in the domains of academics, recruitment, online counseling, online assessment examinations, and B2C services.

Executive Vice President of AISECT Group and Director of AISECT Group of Universities, Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, explained the rationale behind establishing AISECT Seva Kendra, stating, “At AISECT, we believe that every individual in the country, regardless of their geographical location or income bracket, deserves equal opportunities and easy access to digital services. While we have received an overwhelming response for the AISECT online portal and its diverse services, we recognized the lack of internet literacy among many individuals in rural and semi-urban areas. They are in dire need of physical centers where they can seek assistance with documentation. Thus, the concept of AISECT Seva Kendra was born. We currently have more than 21,000 AISECT Seva Kendra (ASK) centers across India, which have significantly contributed to rural entrepreneurship.”

The key G2C services offered by AISECT Seva Kendra include:

Air, Bus and Rail Ticket booking: AISECT Seva Kendra(ASK) center offers the facility to avail or cancel air and bus tickets also helps individuals in booking AC/Non-AC/CC/Tatkal rail tickets through the IRCTC Ids provided by the AISECT online portal.

PAN card application: AISECT Seva Kendra facilitates PAN card application, renewal, and other related services.

Electricity Bill payment: Individuals can conveniently pay their bills through the AISECT online portal or by visiting the nearest ASK center. AISECT has recently partnered with Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited as a cash collection agency for electricity bill payments in 16 districts of Madhya Pradesh.

MP State Open School form filing (10th & 12th): AISECT Seva Kendra assists students of the State Open School in filling out application forms. In addition to form filling, the centers also inform students about different exams via SMS and call.
