Aksha Kamboj shares her dynamic approach to parenting and promoting all-round development in children

A mother, a businesswoman, and a wife- Aksha Kamboj dons multiple roles. She is an executive director of KBJ Group, a company founded by her husband Mohit Kamboj aka Mohit Bharatiya. The couple is endearing parents to Mishka Kamboj and Avyaan Kamboj.

After being a full-time mother for over a decade and then steering her life towards the business world, Aksha Kamboj has had diverse experiences when it comes to parenting. Raising Mishka Kamboj and Avyaan Kamboj as a full-time mother and then joining KBJ Group has given her valuable insights on parenting.

The first thing Aksha Kamboj stresses when it comes to child development is nutrition. She strongly believes that nutrition plays the most important role in ensuring a child’s mental and physical growth. Children grow well when they eat well, Aksha Kamboj says. She also advocates the need for improved child nutrition in the country and its relevance.

Both Aksha Kamboj and Mohit Kamboj aka Mohit Bharatiya believe that good parenting is incomplete without giving dedicated time to children. Despite being the runners of a multi-industry brand that has ventured into jewellery, hospitality, real estate, trading, etc, the couple makes it a point to spend quality time with Mishka Kamboj and Avyaan Kamboj. After so many years, Aksha Kamboj and Mohit Kamboj aka Mohit Bharatiya have practiced and perfected a good work-life balance so that the emotional needs of children are always met.

Lastly, Aksha Kamboj also talks about how she follows a holistic approach to parenting. “Children have diverse interests and needs today. As parents, we must be flexible and cater to them in an enriching manner,” she remarks. Mohit Kamboj aka Mohit Bharatiya also follows the same notion. They both work to ensure that Mishka Kamboj and Avyaan Kamboj feel safe, loved, and happy despite the tumultuous times.
