Allstate India introduces safe haven to new mothers

Allstate India recently launched the ‘Nourish and Nurture Zone’ program to commemorate this Women’s Day by providing essential support to working mothers. As part of this initiative, Lactation Rooms have been launched at Allstate India offices creating a nurturing environment that acknowledges and accommodates the needs of new mothers.

The company is encouraging new mothers to return to work without compromising on providing nourishment to their new-borns. This is yet another step forward in the organization’s commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. The Nourish and Nurture Zone would promote well-being by offering a comfortable and private space for new mothers. It is a dedicated space equipped with breast pumps and refrigerators, eliminating the need for women employees to worry about lactation while at work. This would enable them to fully engage in their roles without compromising on maternal duties and relieve them of any feeding related stress or anxiety.
