Bhumika Group, North India’s leading real estate developer headquartered in Rajasthan, is set to emerge as NCR’s key realty player in retail space with the addition of 8.5 lakh square feet of retail space by 2024.
This includes the company’s 5.5 lakh sq ft retail project in Faridabad and another 3 lakh sq ft under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model with various Govt Authorities including at NHPC Metro Station (which the company is already developing).
The retail project in Faridabad has a huge 2-acre frontage along Mathura Road in the heart of the capital city.

The project is being funded through a combination of internal cashflows and FIs, which reflect Bhumika Group’s financial stability and industry credibility.
