BITS Pilani WILP and HCLTech Champion Future-Ready Talent as 250 TechBee Professionals Graduate

Hyderabad, November 25th , 2025 – WILP (Work Integrated Learning Programmes) at BITS Pilani today celebrated a key milestone in its strong partnership with HCLTech: the graduation of 250 professionals from HCLTech’s TechBee early career program. These graduates successfully completed the B.Sc. Design and Computing program, showing how academic learning and real-world skills come together. The ceremony, held at the BITS Pilani Hyderabad campus, brought together leaders from both HCL Tech and BITS Pilani, marking a key moment in their work to develop future talent.

This achievement highlights the impact of HCLTech’s unique TechBee program that helps young students to pursue a career immediately after 10+2 and get higher education opportunity at the same time. These young professionals undergo the 4 years B.Sc. program while working on real projects at HCL Tech. This model ensures participants gain both industry skills and academic degrees, giving them the confidence and knowledge to succeed in the fast-changing digital world.
