New Delhi: India’s rapidly growing real estate consulting firm, BOP.in, through its flagship initiative ‘BOP Connect’, has partnered with Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies to introduce a Delhi NCR–wide initiative aimed at bringing practical real estate exposure directly to college campuses. The program will be conducted across leading institutions with the objective of bridging the gap between academic learning and evolving industry expectations, ensuring students gain real-world insights alongside their classroom education.
The engaging and thought-provoking guest lecture was addressed by Mr. Vishal Joshi, Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, BOP.in, for the Business Administration students on the theme “Career Planning and Skill Development for the 21st Century.” The session focused on how emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, are reshaping industries and redefining career pathways for young professionals.
Mr. Joshi emphasized that India’s real estate sector is among the fastest-growing industries in the country, currently valued at over USD 300 billion and projected to reach USD 1 trillion by 2030, contributing nearly 13% to India’s GDP. He explained that rapid urbanization, infrastructure development, smart city initiatives, and increasing housing demand have transformed real estate into a structured, technology-driven, and professionally managed industry. With growing investments and organized corporate practices, the sector is generating large-scale employment opportunities across marketing, branding, sales strategy, digital promotion, compliance, and corporate communication.
Highlighting career prospects, Mr. Joshi stated that the sector is no longer limited to traditional brokerage roles but offers secure and long-term career growth for management graduates, digital marketers, brand strategists, and communication professionals. He underlined that professionals who combine technological expertise with marketing acumen will have a competitive edge in the coming decade.
Speaking about the impact of AI, he encouraged students to embrace advanced technologies and integrate them with modern promotional tools such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Meta platforms, and Google marketing solutions. According to him, AI-enabled analytics, automation, and targeted digital campaigns are revolutionizing how brands communicate with consumers. “Students must skill themselves while studying and remain adaptable in this AI-driven era,” he advised.
Speaking about the collaboration, Mr. Gaurav Mavi, Co-founder, BOP.in, said, “Real estate today is one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving sectors. Students deserve real-world exposure while they are still on campus, and that’s exactly what we aim to provide. Through this collaboration, we want to give them clarity, confidence, and the right direction to consider real estate as a strong and rewarding career option. At BOP.in, we are committed to building meaningful partnerships that help young talent enter the industry equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and practical understanding.
Mr. Joshi also elaborated on the importance of the United Network Program, explaining how structured networking platforms help students gain real-world exposure and practical learning in marketing and communication. He stressed that active industry engagement, internships, and continuous upskilling are essential to bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations.
The session concluded with an interactive discussion, leaving students inspired and better informed about emerging opportunities in technology-integrated industries, particularly the booming real estate sector.
