~From building net-zero supply chains to scaling regeneration sustainably~
As conversations around climate change and sustainability take the center stage,
Beetle Regen Solutions is pioneering a regenerative farming model that is both future-ready and grounded in science.
Founded in 2023 by sustainability experts Amol Mishra and Hemant Rajput, Beetle Regen Solutions is dedicated to building regenerative, traceable, and carbon-neutral supply chains across the textile, apparel, and agricultural sectors.
Beetle Regen stands out for its farmer-first approach, ensuring that sustainability is not just an ideal but a profitable and self-sustaining opportunity for farmers and has already empowered around 70,000 farmers across an area of over 100,000-hectares. The organization is actively innovating the future of supply chains by building scalable, sustainable production models from improving per capita yields to enabling carbon removal solutions.
Through strategic collaborations with the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) and the Cotton Development Research Association (CDRA), Beetle Regen has expanded its on-ground impact particularly in scaling farmer training programs across key cotton-growing regions. These initiatives promote regenerative agriculture practices that restore soil health, improve crop outcomes, and enhance farmer incomes. Among the key techniques being adopted is the high-density planting system (HDPS), which enables more efficient use of land and inputs, while reducing contamination and increasing overall productivity in a climate-resilient manner.
Among Beetle’s core approaches is the use of Biochar, a proven carbon removal solution doesn’t just enrich soil health but also plays a pivotal role in carbon sequestration, capturing approximately 23–25% of the emissions linked to the production of something as common as a cotton T-shirt. By embedding such high-impact innovations into traditional farming systems, Beetle Regen is redefining what it means to cultivate sustainably in the 21st century.
A glimpse of what Biochar is how we turn waste into wealth!
“
At Beetle, our mission is to make regenerative farming scalable and economically viable while creating circular systems that support both the environment and farming communities,” says Amol Mishra, co-founder and CEO.
In a time when greenwashing threatens the credibility of sustainability narratives, Beetle Regen has already produced and applied over 800 tonnes of biochar preventing the by utilising more than 2,300 tonnes of cotton crop residue, thus unlocking a carbon sequestration potential of 328,000 to 403,000 tCO₂e annually.
Beetle Regen’s innovative insetting model empowers global fashion and textile brands to take meaningful climate action within their supply chains, aligned with SBTi guidelines. By converting agricultural waste into long-lasting soil carbon, reducing on-farm emissions, channelling impact through their on-ground knowledge hubs and fully traceable systems, Beetle is setting a new standard for climate-neutral textile sourcing. More so, with every verified carbon credit, the company advances a future where environmental integrity and farmer prosperity are not just compatible, but inseparable.
