We are celebrating Gita Jayanti in the state and are also constructing a Gita Bhavan. Further stating, he added, “That it is not necessary to enjoy Kashmir’s Dal Lake, one should enjoy the lake in Bhopal. The identity of the state capital should be connected with the culture of the country.”

The event commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony led by Shri Hitesh Shankar, Editor at Panchjanya, who opened the day by outlining the programme’s agenda and purpose. A series of insightful sessions followed, centered on India’s and Madhya Pradesh’s cultural heritage, development, governance models, health sector reforms, and emerging national challenges. Shri Hitesh Shankar added, “Media conclaves often follow a familiar pattern, yet Sushasan Samvad stands apart with its own distinct identity. Panchjanya, as we know, carries the name of Lord Krishna’s divine conch. In the Mahabharata, Panchjanya symbolised the call of truth, and in the world of media, every such clarion call becomes a powerful proclamation. In this journey of Panchjanya, many individuals have dedicated their lives, raised important issues, and carried forward meaningful causes. With their spirit guiding us, we at Panchjanya continue our work with commitment. This journey is not a sprint; it is a relay race; one where every baton passed carries a legacy of truth, responsibility, and courage.”
