CRED launches car valuation and resale on Garage, with CARS24 and Spinny

Instant valuation, doorstep inspections and spam-free experience for India’s most trusted car owners

May 28, 2025: CRED members can now check how much their car is worth and sell it easily through CRED garage, the vehicle management feature on the app. This new feature, built in partnership with CARS24 and Spinny, allows members to get instant valuations, book free doorstep inspections, and receive payments within minutes of sale completion. The experience is designed to protect member privacy until they’re ready to proceed.

With just a few taps, members can check their car’s current market value without visiting multiple offline dealers or receiving unwanted sales calls. Whether they are planning to sell, comparing prices, or simply curious, this feature offers a quick and reliable way to know their car’s worth, using data from two of India’s leading digital resale platforms.

If a member has already received a quote from an offline dealer, this tool helps them cross-check and see if they’re getting a fair deal. It’s an easy way to make informed decisions and avoid underpricing.

How does it work?

• CRED members can view their car’s estimated value instantly on CRED garage, where over 70 lakh members manage their vehicles. By answering a few simple questions, they receive a detailed valuation.
• They can also schedule a free inspection at home, at a time that suits them. There’s no paperwork or extra steps required—once the car is inspected and the offer is accepted, the partner handles the entire resale process, including ownership transfer.
• To maintain privacy, member information is shared only if an inspection is booked. Until then, all data stays secure with CRED, and members will not receive calls or messages from dealers.
• On CRED garage, members will get helpful tips to keep their cars in better condition, so they can retain a higher value if they choose to sell later.

With 37% of members managing more than one vehicle, this new feature adds even more value to CRED garage.
