Equentis – Research & Ranking strengthens organizational culture with new engagement initiatives

Mumbai, 8th July 2024: Equentis – Research & Ranking, the equity investment advisory brand and part of Equentis Wealth Advisory Services Limited, today has announced the launch of several new employee engagement initiatives. These initiatives are intended not only to enhance communication and address employee grievances, but also to reinforce the essentials of work ethics within the organization as it continues to grow and succeed. This is particularly crucial as Equentis has on-boarded many fresh talents over the past year.

Let’s Talk Series is a proactive channel created to address employee grievances and clarify HR policies, procedures, and practices leading to transparency and well-being. Led by our dedicated HR Business Partners (HRBPs), this initiative covers essential topics such as the Performance Management System and the National Pension Scheme. This series aims to create an open dialogue between employees and HR, ensuring that all voices are heard and concerns are addressed promptly.

‘Sampark Dil Se’ is for building connections within the Equentis family. It provides a platform for employees to share their feedback through the ‘Dil Ki Baat’ box, which is then reviewed and acted upon. In response to this feedback, our MD shares a podcast that addresses some of the queries and concerns raised by employees. This initiative ensures that every employee’s voice is not just heard, but amplified and considered in decision-making.

CulturRR 2.0, is a weekly program designed to reinforce essential work ethics and foster a positive and professional work environment, is a comprehensive initiative. It includes components such as the clean desk policy, body language, office etiquettes, and meeting etiquettes, all aimed at instilling a culture of professionalism and respect in our workplace.

Equentis will also soon be launching a new and comprehensive Rewards & Recognition Program.
