Excelsoft Technologies and The Akshaya Patra Foundation Invest in Children’s Futures by Extending Scholarship Support and Nourishing Thousands of Children in Karnataka

In a ceremony bringing together corporate purpose and community impact, Excelsoft Technologies extended scholarship support to government school students from the Mysuru region, nourishing the dreams of more than 1,600 children — while also reaffirming its commitment to child nutrition across Karnataka.

Mysuru, April 2, 2026: Affirming a shared belief that every child deserves access to education, Excelsoft Technologies Limited, in partnership with The Akshaya Patra Foundation, an implementing partner of the Government of India’s PM POSHAN initiative, hosted a scholarship felicitation ceremony in Bengaluru on March 24, to recognise and celebrate meritorious students from government schools in the Mysuru region.

The event was attended by Mr. Sudhanva Dhananjaya, Chairman and Managing Director; Mrs. Lajwanti Sudhanva, Director and Chairperson CSR Committee; Ms. Shruthi Sudhanva, Director and Chief People Officer, Mr. Shivakumar Srikantaiah, Chief Administrative Officer; Mr. Prashanth H M, Chief Strategy Officer and Head – Investor Relations; and Ms. Divya Rajkumar, Associate Manager CSR and Employee Engagement, from Excelsoft Technologies. Representing The Akshaya Patra Foundation were Mr. Vinod Sudhakar, Chief Technology Officer, and Ms. Mary Thomas, National Head – Direct Marketing.

The ceremony was an occasion of recognition and aspiration, felicitating government school graduates from the Mysuru region whose academic journeys deserve not just acknowledgement, but active support. Thirty students from the Mysuru region received scholarships under this programme, with nineteen of them present at the ceremony, each receiving their certificates in a formal occasion that placed their achievement at the centre of the room. Extending the spirit of the occasion further, Excelsoft arranged a dedicated session on Artificial Intelligence for the students, facilitated by Ms. Shwetha Development Manager AI Products and Services, offering them a window into a technology-driven future and underscoring the company’s conviction that access to knowledge is as important as access to opportunity.

Beyond scholarship support, Excelsoft Technologies also reaffirmed its commitment to everyday child nutrition through a contribution to Akshaya Patra’s Mid-Day Meal Programme. The support, directed towards Mysuru for the month of March 2026, will nourish approximately 4,193 children by providing hot, nutritious, and wholesome meals, ensuring in the shared belief that no child should be deprived of education because of hunger.
